Casa Verde Kitchen brings seasonal California cuisine to the heart of Temecula — locally sourced ingredients, house-made everything, and a dining room that feels like home.

Casa Verde Kitchen started as a Sunday farmers market booth in 2012. Elena and Marcus Vega had one table, four dishes, and a line around the block every week. When they opened the restaurant in 2014, they brought the same philosophy: buy from the farms you can drive to, cook what's actually in season, and make it worth the drive.
Today we're one of Temecula's most recognized dining destinations — but the sourcing model hasn't changed. Over 40 local farms and ranches supply our kitchen. Nothing frozen. Nothing processed. Everything made the morning you're eating it.
We're open Tuesday through Sunday. Reservations recommended on weekends and for Friday live music nights.
