Casa Verde Kitchen started as a Sunday farmers market booth in 2012. Elena and Marcus Vega had one table, four dishes, and a line around the block every week. When they opened the restaurant in 2014, they brought the same philosophy: buy from the farms you can drive to, cook what's actually in season, and make it worth the drive.
Today we're one of Temecula's most recognized dining destinations — but the sourcing model hasn't changed. Over 40 local farms and ranches supply our kitchen. Nothing frozen. Nothing processed. Everything made the morning you're eating it.

Recommended Friday and Saturday after 6pm and for groups of six or more. Walk-ins welcome all other times. Bar seating is first come, first served.
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are on the menu. For nut, shellfish, or dairy allergies, tell us when you arrive and the kitchen will adjust.
Free parking lot behind the restaurant with space for about 30 cars. Overflow street parking on Main Street. Valet on Friday and Saturday nights.
The back garden seats 40 for rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and small weddings. Full buyouts of the restaurant are available on Mondays. Email us for the private events menu.
Over 40 farms and ranches within 60 miles of Temecula supply our kitchen. The menu changes with what is in season. We print the supplier list on the back of the daily menu.
Call ahead for pickup Tuesday through Sunday, 4pm to 9pm. Full menu except the wood-fired items, which do not travel well. No delivery at this time.
Our commitment -- if a dish arrives and it is not right, tell your server. We take it off the check and make it right. Every time.
We're open Tuesday through Sunday. Reservations recommended on weekends and for Friday live music nights.
